What is the Amp Creator Fund?
The Creator Fund rewards our creators regardless of background or experience level, for their dedication to creating engaging, entertaining content.

To be eligible for rewards, all you need to do is start creating. No application is needed; any creator who meets the eligibility criteria (see below) has the opportunity to earn from the Amp Creator Fund. Here are some best practices to help you get started.

Each month, we’ll reach out to creators who qualify for rewards with their reward amounts and instructions on how to claim them.
Am I eligible to earn from the Amp Creator Fund?
Any creator who has hosted a show in the qualifying month and follows the criteria below is eligible to earn from Creator Fund. If you check these boxes, you’re eligible for monthly rewards:
    1. Your use of Amp must adhere to the Amp Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, and Music Guidelines.
    2. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority where you reside) and have accepted the Amp Terms of Use. If you are between the ages of 13-18, then a parent or guardian must accept the Terms of Use and set up a payment account.
    3. You must be located in the United States.
    4. You must have a United States bank account.
    5. You must have an email address associated with your Amazon account.
    6. You cannot be an Amp employee or Amp contractor
How will I know if I’ve earned a reward?
If you’ve qualified for an Amp Creator Fund reward in a qualifying month, you’ll receive an email from the Amp team by the middle of the next month. For example, if you qualified in October, that means we’ll send you an email in November. This email will include your reward amount and information on how to enter your payment information.

If you didn’t qualify for a reward in a given month, don’t worry! We evaluate and reward creators on a monthly basis, so all creators get a fresh start each month. Earning in one month does not guarantee earning in subsequent months. Keep an eye on your email for all the details!
How is my reward amount calculated?
Reward calculations depend on a variety of metrics, which may change month to month. Generally, we take into account factors such as listener engagement and show performance metrics.
How do I claim my reward?
To claim your reward, make sure to set up payment information through the payment portal provided in the notification email we send you. The email will include instructions, and you will need your bank account and tax information handy.

Don’t worry, setting up is easy. Follow these steps:
  1. Click on the secure payment portal link in your email.
  2. Log in with your Amp credentials. You may need to complete Two-Step Verification for additional security.
  3. Complete your profile, bank, and tax information.
  4. Confirm that all your information has been saved.
  5. Once you have submitted the required information, you’re done! You don’t need to submit it again for future rewards. If your bank or tax information changes, make sure to update your payment portal information as soon as possible to ensure future rewards are paid correctly.
When will I receive my reward?
In general, if you have been notified by Amp that you earned a reward, you can expect to receive a reward payment anywhere from 15-30 business days after you successfully set up your payment information. If your payment information is already up-to-date, you can expect to be paid around the last day of the month in which you were notified that you earned a reward.

You will receive an email when your reward has been sent to your bank account. You can also find information on your reward payments by clicking the “Earnings” link in your payment portal.
Do rewards expire?
Yes! If you do not provide accurate payment and tax information on time, you will forfeit the reward. For example, if you receive an email notifying you that you earned a reward from us in October, you’ll need to complete your payment information by November 15 or the reward will be forfeited.
What happens if I do not provide my bank and tax information?
If you do not provide complete and accurate bank and tax information by 11:59pm PT on the 15th day of the month after you were notified by email that you have earned a reward, your reward will be forfeited.

The forfeiture date will be included in any email reminders we may send you. You are responsible for ensuring your bank and tax information are up-to-date at all times.

If your reward is forfeited for a given month, but you earn again in a following month, you will have the opportunity to complete payment information for that new month. However, you will not be able to redeem previously forfeited rewards.
