DJ Sequencer
The straightforward and funny radio personality Miguel Murga AKA “El DJ” or “DJ Sequencer,” was born in El Salvador and migrated to California in 1984. The on-air DJ started as a producer for Univision Radio, where he first worked with the not yet known El Piolin and established on-air talents such as El Cucuy, La Peligrosa, and Jamie Pina Omar Y Argelia.
But it was in the party and nightclub scene Miguel (as El DJ) rose to fame, opening up for artists like Ricky Martin, Shakira, Daddy Yankee, Pitbull, Calle 13, Paulina Rubio, Mana, and many more. He also gained prominence in the radio industry, rising quickly through the ranks of a Mexican regional radio station.
Aside from his new show on Amp, you can also hear Miguel on more than 50 Spanish-speaking stations across the United States alongside influential Mexican radio host Piolin Sotelo on El Show de Piolin.
El franco y divertido personaje de radio Miguel Murga, también conocido como “El DJ” o “DJ Sequencer”, nació en El Salvador y emigró a California en 1984. El DJ al aire comenzó como productor de Univision Radio, donde trabajó por primera vez con el aún no conocido El Piolín y establecidos talentos del radio como El Cucuy, La Peligrosa y Jamie Pina Omar Y Argelia.
Pero fue en la escena de fiestas y clubs nocturnos que Miguel (como El DJ) saltó a la fama, abriendo para artistas como Ricky Martin, Shakira, Daddy Yankee, Pitbull, Calle 13, Paulina Rubio, Maná y muchos más. También ganó prominencia en la industria de la radio, ascendiendo rápidamente en las filas de una estación de radio regional mexicana.
Además de su nuevo programa en Amp, también puedes escuchar a Miguel en más de 50 estaciones latinos en los Estados Unidos junto con el influyente presentador de radio mexicano Piolín Sotelo en El Show de Piolín.
