How do I share my profile so audiences can find my shows?

Amp in Colour

Want to be a featured creator this week?
Kendrick Lamar’s dropping his latest album this Friday (5/13). To celebrate, we’ll be featuring creators hosting shows about King Kendrick. For a chance to be featured, simply go live with the hashtag #MrMorale in your show title, and play songs by Kendrick or featuring Kendrick. We’ll be on the lookout!

Our team is hard at work on an in-app sharing solution — stay tuned! In the meantime, you can follow this process (it’s quicker than it looks) to help audiences find your profile and shows.

Steps:

  1. Copy and paste this link to your socials, linktree, or mobile browser: www.onamp.com/u/?n=
  2. Add your Amp username after the = (it’s case sensitive) e.g. www.onamp.com/u/?n=ampcrew
  3. Remind your followers they’ll need to have Amp downloaded, and be logged in. Since we’re still in beta, they’ll need an access code - if you don’t have one to share, use GOLIVE
  4. You’re done. Post it. Share it. If you’re having issues, keep reading.

Psst: It might even help you find a creator who hasn’t posted their profile link yet...

It still won’t work for me
Some users have reported issues profile sharing when using Safari on their iPhones: Some tips below.

  • Check your iPhone software for an update: Links may not work on devices not updated to iOS 15. To update to the latest iOS version go to Settings > General > Software Update. The screen shows the currently installed version of iOS and whether an update is available. Tap “Download and Install” and your iPhone will guide you through the process.
  • If you do have Amp installed: Safari will prompt you to “Open in Amp”. If you do not click this button within 3 seconds, Safari automatically redirects you to the App Store. Not to worry. If you have Amp downloaded already, just open it from the App Store and you’ll land at your intended destination.
  • If you do not have Amp installed: Safari will display an error that it cannot open the page, and tapping OK will only lead you to a blank page. To be taken to the App Store, resist tapping the OK button and simply wait 3 seconds. Safari will auto redirect you to Amp in the App Store.
